Exhibited entries will be judged by public vote during the two week period in which the exhibition is held.
Competition winners from each age category (u16 and 16+) will have their submitted work exhibited in either the Oxfam Clothes or Books and Music Shops in Nottingham City Centre for one extra month.
Winners will also receive a voucher to spend in Nottingham City Oxfam shops, and a certificate. In addition to this, the winners’ work may also be featured in future Oxfam publications.
The amount of funding will be used toward Oxfam’s programme, more precisely for supporting Haïti emergency appeal
- £10 will buy a hygiene kit for one family
- £25 will buy ten 14 litre buckets
- £ 50 will buy two basic latrines to serve 40 people

ReplyDeleteFresh news about Oxfam art competion: The participants will have the chance to sell their artwork during the exhibition. The amount earned from the artwork will be shared with Oxfam (50/50).

Hi! Is this done yet? I wanted to join the competition and I wish to participate. Although, the last time I joined the competition was few years ago, I got an idea at least, to join once again.
